Before you pay
You see the painting first, free, and you can try other styles from the same photo. Nothing is printed until you choose it.
After it arrives
If the likeness isn't right, or the print arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll repaint and reprint it free, or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Digital files
The full-size file is yours to keep. If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll repaint it or refund you.
Changed your mind?
Each gift is made just for you, so we can't take back a gift that arrived as ordered. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected by any of this.
