This is how the Mushy team handles your information. Short version: we keep only what we need to make and send your gift.

Your photo

Used only to paint your gift. Never shared, never sold, never used to train AI. Deleted 30 days after you upload it. Your painting is kept for those 30 days so you can download it again.

Your email

Used to send your previews, your order and its tracking, a few reminders about a preview you haven't kept (you can unsubscribe in one tap), and one review request after an order. If you tick the box for news and offers, the occasional email about new styles and seasonal gifts. Never sold.

Payments and delivery

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your delivery address goes to our print partner to post your gift.

Counting visits

We count visits without cookies to see which pages help. If you arrive from an ad, Meta and Google's tags tell them a visit or a sale happened, so they can show our ads to the right people. They don't run if your browser asks not to be tracked.
