Terms

These are the terms for buying from Mushy. They're written to be read.

What you're buying

Paintings made with AI from the photo you upload, checked by a person, as a digital file or printed on the gift you choose. Product pictures on the site are AI-made examples of what we print.

Your photo

Only upload a photo that's yours, or that you have permission to use. Children's photos need a parent or guardian.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total, including delivery, shows before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.

Making and delivery

Printed gifts are made to order by our print partner and posted. Arrive-by dates are worked out conservatively and are our best estimate, not a guarantee from the carrier. Delivery dates

Our guarantee

Using your painting
