Your emails

When you pay, you get a receipt and your portrait page link. When your gift is posted, we email you the tracking number and a "Track my parcel" button. Those emails come from the Mushy team.

Your portrait page

The link in your emails opens your own page, where you can download the digital copy that comes with every printed gift, for 30 days.

Not there yet?

Each gift showed an arrive-by date when you ordered. If that date has passed, or the tracking hasn't moved for five business days, email us with the email address you ordered with. We'll chase it, and if it's lost we'll reprint it free.
