Rory got volunteered to coach his kid's under-7s team with two days' notice and a bag of flat balls. He's been at it ever since, and now helps brand-new volunteer coaches run fun, simple practices without buying half the sports shop.
Every practice fits on one index card: a warm-up game, a main game, a scrimmage and one coaching cue. He also helps parents with the hardest part of game day: the car ride home.
