How it works
1. Join
Pick monthly or yearly and pay securely with Stripe. Joining from a portrait or storybook? We use the same photo, so it's the same face every month.
2. Pet or family
Tell us who the Club is for and, for a pet, their birthday. Families send a fresh photo each month; we use it that month only and delete it after 30 days.
3. Art arrives
The first pictures arrive within a day or two, then every month. Your Club page keeps your perks in one place.
Questions
How do I cancel?
Every Club email has a "Manage or cancel" link. It opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel straight away, no email or call needed. Your membership runs to the end of the month (or year) you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
When am I charged?
Today, then on the same date each month (monthly) or each year (yearly). Nothing else is ever added.
Do I need a portrait first?
No. If you join from here, we ask for a photo straight after you join. If you've already made a portrait or storybook in the Studio, join from its page and we'll use that photo.
What happens to my photo?
For a pet, we keep the photo only while you're a member (you tick a box to say yes) and delete it 30 days after you leave. Family photos are never kept: each month's is used for that month and deleted 30 days after you upload it. Photos of children may only be sent by a parent or guardian.
