For the parent who said yes to keeping the team organized. The snack roster has room for every game date and family, a line for your team's allergy rule, and the short version of the snack rules. The carpool sheet lists families and spare seats, then who drives when.

There's a big, clear "Team photo day" sign for the fence or the fridge, and for the last game, a folded thank-you card for the coach: a message on one side and plenty of room for the whole team to sign the other.

Print both pages double-sided, flipping on the short edge, then fold along the dashed line. Or print both pages and glue them back to back.

They're designed to print and fill in by hand. Most PDF apps also let you add text on top if you'd rather type.

They're plain and league-neutral, so they work for any youth soccer team.
