About it
One side of the desk card has Del's ground rules for using AI at work: check your employer's policy, keep client and personal data out of tools that aren't cleared, check every name, date and number, and keep a human on decisions about people. The other side has her three yes-or-no questions for deciding whether a task should go to AI at all.
Print it, fold it and stand it next to your keyboard, where you'll see it before you paste anything. The wallet cards carry the same two sides in bank-card size, for your purse, badge holder or the team's new starters.
What paper should I use?
Card stock (around 200 gsm or 80 lb cover) stands up best, but ordinary paper works too. Print at 100% or actual size, not 'fit to page'.
Can I hand these out to my team?
Yes, print as many as you need for your own team. Your employer's AI policy always comes first, and the card says so.
Is this legal or IT advice?
No. It's a practical reminder of good habits. Follow your employer's AI policy where it says something different.
