About it
Wes's 5-Minute Strength Check gives you five numbers. The trick is remembering to beat them. These lock screens keep your retest date and the three numbers you care about most where you'll see them fifty times a day.
There are four designs: olive, whiteboard, sand and navy. Write on a blank one with your phone's Markup pen in a minute, or type your numbers into the editable template (Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint or Google Slides) and export a clean PNG.
Do I need the Strength Check first?
It helps. The Strength Check is free and takes about five minutes. These lock screens hold the numbers it gives you.
Do I need Canva?
No. You can write on the blank PNGs with your phone's Markup pen. The editable .pptx is there if you'd rather type.
Will it fit my phone?
The images are 1290 × 2796, which fits every modern iPhone. Android phones crop the edges a little; everything important sits in the middle.
