About it
There's a whiteboard on the wall of Wes's garage with the rules he trains by: stop two reps before it gets ugly, lift a little, walk a lot, sleep like it matters, decades not summers. This is that board as a poster, set like marker on a clean whiteboard.
Print it big for the garage or the spare room, or at home on A4 or Letter for the fridge. The lock screen puts the same eight rules on your phone, so they're there when you check your rest timer.
Can I print it at a print shop?
Yes. Send them the A3 or 11×17 (28 × 43 cm) PDF. It also scales cleanly to larger sizes with the same shape (A2 or 18×24 (46 × 61 cm) is a close fit).
Will it print at home?
Yes. Use the A4 or Letter PDF at 100% (actual size). There's a white margin built in, so nothing gets cut off.
Which phones does the lock screen fit?
It's 1290 × 2796, which fits every modern iPhone. Most Android phones crop the edges a little; the rules sit in the middle so they stay in view.
